to communicate important messages to their patients. Regular, effective
communication allows practice staff to influence the way patients interact
with their surgery, pharmacy and other healthcare facilities as well as
providing preventative advice.
The time saved by this improved patient behaviour reduces demands
on the GP allowing for more in-depth diagnosis and treatment of patients
