William Tong is a practicing GP and sits on the board of Mygeneralpractice
Ltd. His capability brings into the company a comprehensive understanding
of practice issues. You will leverage our business management expertise, familiar with Total Quality Management (TQM) techniques and the benefits that can be derived from identifying real issues, sharing information and implementing best practice procedures. We know we don't have all the answers to all of the issues however, we provide the tools to enable you to interact with other practices that do benefit from utilising the most effective processes. The third fundamental competence within the company is the ability to produce solutions using internet technology. However we do not hide behind a vale of technical jargon and mystery. Our philosophy is simple - provide effective tools to resolve specific general practice problems; not implementing technology just because it's possible.
